I’ve been creating bespoke tableware for the restaurant and catering business since 2002.
My clients range from fine dining establishments including Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck and The Ledbury in London to much larger businesses such as Zizzi, the Italian restaurant with over 120 outlets in the UK.
But despite the huge differences in brands I’ve worked with, they all share one belief in common – that tableware is just as important in creating the best possible experience for their customers as the dishes themselves.
And just as top chefs source their ingredients from trusted, independent local suppliers, my clients want tableware that’s crafted by someone who takes the time to understand their business and their needs.
