As one of London’s best restaurants, the Ledbury has an impeccable reputation for quality. So it goes without saying that chef Bret Graham refuses to compromise when it comes to tableware.
Bret commissioned me to create these ‘Sea Urchin’ bowls, which I produced in glazed, fine bone china.
The bowls, which can be seen on the Ledbury’s own website at [url], are one of a number of projects I continue to be involved with at the restaurant.
The Ledbury recently climbed to number 14 on the San Pellegrino ‘World's 50 Best Restaurants’ list.
